Welcome to Orbit Digital 360. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of orbitdigital360.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Orbit Digital 360 ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Orbit Digital 360 provides local search marketing services, including Google Business Profile management, local SEO, review management, citation management, and related services. Specific deliverables are defined in the plan you select or in a separate agreement between us.

2. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, calls, leads, sales, or revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control, including Google's algorithms and policies, market competition, and your existing online presence. Please see our Disclaimer for full details.

3. Billing and Payment

Our services are offered on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly fees are billed in advance and recur automatically until cancelled. One-time setup or project fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once work has begun. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly service at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; fees already paid and work already performed are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, ongoing management of your profile and assets ceases.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and timely access needed to perform our services (such as access to your Google Business Profile and business details). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content, business information, or materials you provide.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve third-party platforms such as Google. We are not responsible for changes, suspensions, penalties, or actions taken by those platforms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

7. Intellectual Property

Any content or materials we create as part of a paid service may be subject to terms in your specific agreement. The Site and its original content, branding, and design are the property of Orbit Digital 360.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbit Digital 360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the one (1) month preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbit Digital 360 from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our Site or services constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
